This talk will go over some results pertaining to over-dispersion and sparsity of count outcomes, and illustrate these using data from an ongoing study.

This is joint work with Nyasha Chambwe,
a summer student from the Tri-Institutional Computational Biology Program,
and colleagues from MSKCC's Dermatology Service.
